Order your contacts online!

If you would like to order your contact lenses from us online, please send an email to JFEcontacts@yahoo.com with the following information:

• Your Full Name
• Date of Birth
• Phone Number
• Address (mailing)
• Number of boxes for your right eye & number of boxes for your left eye (OR, if you wear the same prescription in both eyes, please indicate the number of boxes you would like total)

Once we receive your email, we will send you a confirmation notice, order your contacts and notify you as soon as they are ready to be picked up at our office.

(*If you would prefer to have your contacts mailed directly to you, please let us know and we will call to collect your Credit Card information from you at that time in order to process and ship.)
